IP Spotlight

IP Spotlight is published by Jim Singer, a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP.  Jim’s practice helps businesses, institutional investors, venture capital groups and others identify, protect, maximize value, and reduce risk associated with intangible assets. Jim is a registered patent attorney, and he is also an experienced electrical engineer who worked in the energy industry.
